Church Expansion: Ozark Chapel looked to the future and purchased 16+ acres just east of Hillbilly Fairgrounds in Laurie in 2006. This land will someday be the home of Ozark Chapel UMC worship center, giving the church a two-site presence at the lake as we utilize the present structure on Hwy 5 for Mission and Ministry. The land gives us room to dream of possibilities such as a shelter for church gatherings and picnics, an amphitheater for outdoor worship, and a prayer labyrinth.
